Our Management Team
With over 15 years in management, after earning a B.Sc. in Technology Management at HIT in Israel and earning his MBA in Edinburgh Business School, Alex entered the Canadian dental industry with a keen interest in helping people and the intention to help shape, and ultimately revolutionize, the dental industry as we know it.
His passion for helping dental professionals led him to orchestrate a series of endeavors, including authoring his first book, “Responsible Dental Ownership: Balancing Ethics and Business Through Purpose” to help struggling dentist owners master the business side of their practice, and founding the Dental Office Managers Association of Canada, in order to regulate the Dental Office Manager professions within the Canadian dental industry.
He is also the CEO of a successful Canadian dental software company, that now has acquired U R DUE Patient Services in order to continue to support and service dental clinics in Canada.
With over 25 years of prior experience in the dental industry, Lani transitioned from dental assistant to office administration and dental office management. Having found her passion working on Recall and treatment management, Lani has been helping offices maximize their bookings and accounts with U R DUE Patient Services since it first started back in 2017. She has become a fundamental part of management as the liaison between dental offices on-site team and the team at U R DUE Patient Services.
Outside of work, Lani is a loving partner, mother, and outdoors enthusiast. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband Eric and her three children, Alyssa, Colby, and Adelynn. A true Albertan born and bred, Lani can be found boating on the lake in the summer with her family or reveling in the mountains during the winter.
